Need help implementing changes to an existing codebase.

The frontend codebase is written in ReactJS and NodeJS.
The backend codebase is written in PHP using Craft CMS.

Codebases are well-structured and written by professionals.

The product is web-based training for new hires, based around goal setting, achievement assessments and rewards for progress made.

We have finished ux & ui designs showing clearly what changes and additions need to be made.

We won't provide access to the codebases until we confirm the hire, but we will provide screenshots of the codebase to help with your quote, along with a detailed brief and wireframes.

Looking for an experienced developer in ReactJS, NodeJS and PHP.

Thanks for looking. Our budget for frontend and backend is $10k max.
