Use Phython, opencv and machine learning to develop a computer vision app that can measure the speed, detect if a wagon is empty or full,  detect the position of the wagon, the number of the wagon,  detect objects people sometimes throw on top of the wagons and other variables, and export the results to a excel csv and images to a folder. It should run on Linux and/or windows.

In summary, what is expected of the system is:

- Live speed measurement.
- Identification of wagons by their lateral number.
- Detection of wagons not completely unloaded.
- Detection of wagons that come with pollutants (whatever a color and shape different from the carbon on the wagons).
