I need a phyton program that monitors the balance in a binance account, and if certain parameters become true, like if the unrealized profits in comparison to the total balance overcomes certain %, or the rate of change of the unrealized profits overcomes cerrain value, then a series of webhook messages must be trigered to to stop something, wait xx minutes to cooldown, and another series of webhook must be trigered to restart the bots. Must have an an UI that shows the balance, unrealized profits, roc of the unrealized profits, and two botoms, one panic botom to stop all bots, and one to restart manually. Source code must included, must be clean and self documented.

Need some guidance for instaling and compiling
