El proyecto es muy sencillo. Requiero una plantilla en Visual Basic para su consulta.
A esta platilla necesito agregarle imágenes y algunos datos que ya tengo claros.
Al finalizar el llenado la plantilla se debe guardar en un archivo tipo PDF dentro de una base de datos para su consulta cuando se requiera. 

Necesito a alguien cumplido y con tiempo pues entre más rápido lo tenga, mejor aun.
