Plataforma colaborativa del proyecto Conectando Cubanos donde se automatizarán los servicios del proyecto.

Quien asuma el proyecto debe ser un desarrollador full-stack. Puede ser desarrollado lo mismo con nodejs como con PHP, el desarrollador queda libre para escoger la tecnología, así como el sistema de base de datos. El sistema debe ser accesible desde cualquier dispositivo móvil.
