I'm looking for a smart and quick video editor for a simple task.

1- Get 1 hour mp4 file sent via dropbox and split it into several short clips. I will tell you where to split.
2- Create an intro video and make sure each short clip has nice fade, audio etc.

3- Optimize final mp4 for online streaming.

4- Upload folder with clips back to me via dropbox.

Upon completion of 1 successful file. I will have about 50 more files to be done!

Each file is about 1 hour long and they should take no more than 4 hrs to do. 
Looking to pay US$10-15 per file.
