Problema Web Service de Loja Prestashop

Tenho uma loja Prestashop que estava funcionando normalmente, até que foi atualizado o servidor no provedor Locaweb e, desde então, o Web Service da loja parou de se comunicar com o ERP Bling que utilizo para gestão de minha loja.

A equipe técnica do Bling diz que pode ser o http da loja. Quando testamos www.minhaloja.com.br/api, a chave de web service não funciona.

Necessito de alguém que entenda bastante de Prestashop para resolver esta falha.
