Problemas hospedagem cloud digitalocean

Boa Tarde!

Preciso de alguém que tenha bons conhecimentos em hospedagem linux baseado em linha de comando.

O site caiu a semana, e em todas as quedas fiz o reboot e voltou

Hoje caiu e nenhuma ação foi o suficiente.

Ações que fiz:

Reboot e poweroff
restart mysql e apache2

E aumentei o plano para 2GB

nada resolveu

Alterei uma configuração que esconde os erros do prestashop, em vez de False coloquei true e ele me retornou o seguinte erro.
