Im working as production engineer in a soap manufacturing company. Currently, we are tracking the line output and efficiency as manual paper file tracking. I would like to convert it to more advanced tracking system.
Feel free to suggest a proper tracking system with reasonable price.
Most important tracking factors are line output, total stoppages, duration of stoppage, a tracking option who (which technician) attend the stoppage, scrap rate and also an oveall report to be downloaded or extract from system for monitoring and reporting purpose
