La aplicación consistirá de un cronómetro.

Necesito que este cronómetro cada 7.477 segundos marque una unidad automáticamente. Con un botón de inició y otro de pausa/reinicio.

Ejemplo.
Pasan 21 segundos mi cronómetro reportará automáticamente 2.808.

ÚNicamente necesito que tenga esa función, y que se entregue mañana Martes 31 de Enero de 2017.
