I have a list of places with the google place ID , latitude and longitude. I want a code using python that:
1. Imports my csv file
2.
For each observation uses google places api and gets the following details:
    name, permanently_closed, type, price_level, rating and review
3. Adds this information to each observation and exports the file as another csv.
