I need a web app with admin dasboard and menu order webpage.

Admin dashboard: manage and create items with photos, generate QR code per seller or table, manage clients, statistics of orders.
Menu order: client scan QR code then open web page with the menu, then select the items and finally make the order.
Real Time orders: dashboard section shows the active orders.


Preferred technology for this project: Laravel, ReactJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB, MySQL.

My company will provide the platform to restaurants or any company that needs to show their products to their clients. The platform will involve membership levels for the clients, and some paying features that can be unlocked.
