We are on the lookout for a proactive remotely based Recruiter to help us grow our multicultural team, focusing on the latam and emea regions. As a Recruiter, you will join our existing HR team and play a critical role in expanding our talent searching activities and exploring new job seeker markets.

What you will do on a daily basis:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and identify future hiring needs
    • Participate in developing and updating of job descriptions and job specifications
    • Source and attract job candidates by using job search platforms, databases, social media etc.
    • Screen candidates’ CVs and application letters, conduct interviews, do reference check
    • Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
    • Follow and improve the company’s existing recruitment process, and apply recruiting best practices in your work
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
    • Create positive job candidate experience, build candidate relationships during the selection process and promote company’s employer brand.

What success in this role looks like after 6 months:
    • You fully understand the company current structure and existing roles, as well as future hiring plan and priorities.
    • You have a clear picture of the applicant profile that fits company’s needs, and are able to effectively apply your good judgement in the candidate selection process.
    • You understand and share the company’s vision and live the PST.AG values.
    • You have delivered several successful hires and have developed candidate pipelines for assigned roles.
    • You have a clear reporting method, your reports include numbers and metrics.

What you can offer:
    • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology or relevant field
    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
    • Solid ability to conduct interviews and create candidate summaries
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviews, questionnaires, reference check etc)
    • Hands on experience with recruiting software (LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, ATS etc)
    • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
