As a Remote Dialing Team Member, the Contractor will be responsible for generating qualified leads by scheduling energy audit appointments for the Company’s closers. The key duties include:
    •    Cold Calling: Making outbound calls to homeowners and businesses that have not previously inquired about solar or energy efficiency solutions.
    •    Paid Ad Leads Follow-Up: Calling potential customers who have submitted their information through the Company’s paid advertising campaigns.
    •    Inbound Calls: Answering calls from interested customers.
    •    Data Management: Logging all calls, notes, and appointments accurately in HubSpot CRM and scheduling appointments through Calendly.
    •    Dialing Tools Proficiency: Using PhoneBurner for outbound calls and becoming proficient in HubSpot CRM for lead management and reporting.
    •    End-of-Day Report: Submitting a daily report detailing total calls made, answered calls, and appointments set.

The Contractor will work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Work hours will be scheduled based on the Company’s target market time zones.
