We are seeking a skilled freelancer for a comprehensive read-only audit of our existing Shopify store, located at

The primary goal of this audit is to identify potential issues, ensure compliance with German/EU e-commerce regulations, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement before going live. The audit must be strictly read-only, with no live store changes permitted without explicit written approval.
The audit scope includes:
- A thorough review of the current Shopify store structure.
- Identification of any demo, placeholder, fake, or inconsistent content.
- A detailed review of the store's navigation, footer, collections, contact page, and overall trust structure.
- Identification of any missing or incorrectly placed legal and trust pages.
- A review of Shopify settings where read-only access is available, including payments, shipping, taxes/vat, checkout processes, email notifications, basic seo configurations, policies, and menu links.
- Identification of specific German and EU e-commerce risks.
- A review of the current vat/tax setup approach, including considerations for regular vat versus potential §25a differenzbesteuerung.
- Recommendations for a reusable product layout and metafields structure, specifically tailored for refurbished devices.
- A prioritized implementation plan detailing what must be fixed before the store goes live.
- Confirmation of the full implementation scope, a final fixed price for any subsequent implementation work, and a clear timeline.
