We are seeking a skilled Retell ai specialist to configure a comprehensive inbound and outbound ai calling system for rb restoration builders. The primary goal is to automate and enhance our customer interaction and lead qualification processes.
The AI agent will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls efficiently.
- Proactively contacting authorized leads.
- Qualifying homeowners based on predefined criteria.
- Scheduling appointments directly into our system.
- Seamlessly transferring qualified calls to our internal team.
- Operating naturally and fluently in both English and Spanish.
Key technical deliverables and requirements include:
- Call recordings for all interactions.
- Detailed transcripts of conversations.
- Concise call summaries.
- Accurate call dispositions.
- Voicemail detection and appropriate handling.
- Robust opt-out handling mechanisms.
- Full integration with our existing kommo system, preferably via API, webhooks, or middleware solutions.
