Necesito que me revisen un código de C++ indicando:
1) Comentarlo y explicarlo, indicando la funcionalidad de cada línea, cada bucle, y cada bloque.
2) Analizar oportunidades de mejora.
El código es un servidor que recibe mensajes a través de un puerto de ordenador, y corre bajo Linux (KUbuntu).
También debe analizarse su compatibilidad con SUSE.
