Sales Development Representative

Job Responsibilities
Prospect new clients with outbound phone calls, text messages, and emails.
Effectively communicate and educate the features and benefits of client's products/services
Properly enter all leads and prospects into the sales CRM on time.
Methodically build and organize tasks and sales opportunities in multiple computer systems.

Meet departmental sales expectations of monthly revenue generated from sales activities, while maintaining targeted KPI’s and customer satisfaction rates.
All other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
Burning Desire to succeed.

Hungry to Make money FAST.
B2B experience selling over the phone, internet, or face-to-face.
Advertising and cold calling experience preferred.

Results-oriented, well-organized individual.
Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn new software.
Proven outbound/inside sales experience.

Can naturally talk, speak and converse, read and write proficiently in English.
Must be extremely comfortable working with KPI's with aggressive closing rates.
Persuasive communication style and active listening skills.

Must be coachable, open to learning, and accepts feedback well.
Ability to multitask, work, think and move quickly in a fast-changing work environment.
Functional goal and detail-oriented with effective time management and organizational skills.

System Requirements
At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
