We are looking for a Salesforce developer who is able to tackle projects and work alongside our staff to develop, test and implement changes according to project based work. This engagement would be short term at first but our goal is to find someone we can develop an ongoing relationship indefinitely.

We are looking for a freelancer who is dedicated and focused on finishing what they started. We need a freelancer who is honest, and won't try to over bill on projects. We have been in consulting on SFDC for 5 years.

We know how long Visualforce pages and triggers take to complete and have a zero tolerance policy for over billing. We are a fair company and expect our freelancers to have the same respect.

We need freelancers with strengths in the following areas:

Salesforce.com System Design
Apex Classes
Triggers
VisualForce
Data Loader
Problem Solving
Process Design
