About the Project
We’re building a platform for fractional real estate investment, making property ownership more accessible by leveraging tokenization and smart contracts. The goal is to enable users to invest in real estate by purchasing tokens tied to real-world property assets.

This is an early-stage opportunity to join a Web3 project with real-world utility and help shape the technical foundation from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Senior Blockchain & Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of both the smart contract layer and the core web application.

Responsibilities

Design, write, and deploy smart contracts (Solidity) on Ethereum or EVM-compatible blockchains

Develop the frontend application (React)

Build backend services and APIs (Node.js/NestJS)

Collaborate on technical architecture and product design

Implement Web3 wallet integrations and token standards (e.g., erc-20, erc-721/1155)

ensure smart contract security and efficient gas usage

tech stack

blockchain: solidity, ethereum / evm-compatible chains

frontend: react

backend: node.js, NestJS

Database: MongoDB or PostgreSQL

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in blockchain development (Solidity)

Strong full-stack development background (React, Node.js)

Experience with smart contract development, deployment, and auditing

Knowledge of Web3 tooling, token standards, and wallet integration

Ability to work autonomously and contribute to product direction in an early-stage environment

Nice to Have

Experience with tokenized assets or decentralized finance (DeFi)

Familiarity with real estate or investment platforms

DevOps or cloud infrastructure knowledge (for scaling in the future)

Location
Remote. Flexible schedule with some overlap in gmt/eu time zones preferred.

How to Apply
Send over your portfolio, GitHub profile, or relevant past work. We’re especially interested in developers who are excited by the idea of using Web3 to solve real-world problems.

Project overview

We are building a fractional real estate investment platform powered by blockchain technology. The core idea is to democratize access to property ownership by allowing users to invest in tokenized real estate assets — similar to owning shares in a property. By leveraging smart contracts and tokenization, we can reduce the barriers typically associated with real estate investing, such as high upfront capital, legal complexity, and lack of liquidity. The platform will enable fractional ownership, automated revenue distribution, and secondary trading of property-backed tokens. Key Features: Fractional ownership of real estate via digital tokens Smart contracts to automate rental income distribution, ownership verification, and compliance A user-friendly interface for browsing, investing in, and managing property tokens Integration with Web3 wallets and support for fiat on/off-ramps in future stages Blockchain & Technical Context: Smart contracts will be deployed on Ethereum or a compatible EVM chain for transparency and decentralization The application will have a modern web stack: React (frontend), Node.js/NestJS (backend), and MongoDB/PostgreSQL (database) Initial MVP focus is on simplicity, legal clarity, and trust through on-chain logic and off-chain property data Why Now: Tokenization of real-world assets (RWA) is gaining traction in both retail and institutional markets Real estate remains one of the most stable and in-demand asset classes globally, yet remains largely inaccessible for many Blockchain now offers the infrastructure (wallets, stablecoins, KYC tools) to bring such products to market securely and at scale
