Senior Full Stack Engineer

We’re searching for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to assist with leading our development team and defining internal processes. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to oversee small and large tasks and ensure they’re built out to spec.

- About The Role
Have wide discretion to do your work. You will report directly to the CTO.
Communicate with developers in multiple time zones about what changes you’re making, and how they’re going to work.
Tackle many infrastructure and backend changes to implement our NFT deployment tools across our entire development stack.
Own the process of testing to make sure we have every pixel in place
Serve as an internal resource for the product team and potential clients on what our product does and doesn’t support

- Your Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate is someone who has a software engineering background, owns their area of expertise in order to take our frontend to the next level, and is looking to develop themselves as a leader.

You are competent, diligent, detail-oriented, and communicative
Experience in modern software engineering or an equivalent degree or certification.
Good at working on vaguely defined problems at various levels of the technical stack.
You understand secure web application design, blockchain, or the drive to learn if you’re a more junior engineer. Our work is as much about understanding and designing systems as it is about coding in a particular language.
You have great collaboration and communication skills. We work on the principle that the best output emerges from effective teamwork and constructive discussions.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for our clients and for the company
You take ownership of your tasks with little to no supervision and can turn vague feature requests into actionable product changes
Technical competence with TypeScript, JavaScript, nodejs, ReactJS, Solidity, Truffle or Hardhat, GitHub, Firebase, and Google Cloud

- Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrable knowledge in product design and development specifically in web3 or in branded products for events
Experience building secure web2 event traps and wiring web3 events from them

You’ve done some security engineering in the past and you know how to secure google cloud environments
You have no ego and can take feedback as it is
Fluency in Arabic or Mandarin is a plus
