Senior Tech Lead – Founding Team | International Media Platform

About the Opportunity

We are currently launching an ambitious international B2B media platform focused on strategic intelligence, experience, and cultural transformation.
The platform will operate in three languages (French, English and Spanish), with operations between Paris (HQ) and Rio de Janeiro.

As part of the launch phase, we are building a strong founding team in Rio.
While some flexibility is possible, we value regular in-person collaboration in Rio to foster long-term team cohesion and culture.
We work with contributors and partners across multiple countries and time zones.
This role requires true international team spirit, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate efficiently across different time zones.

The engagement is planned to begin within the next two months, as part of our structured launch timeline.

You will:
- Architect the full technical backbone of the platform
- Define infrastructure & CMS strategy
- Implement multilingual architecture
- Integrate APIs & automation tools
- Structure scalable data systems
- Collaborate with editorial, growth and strategy teams internationally
- Contribute to long-term technical vision

This is a build-from-zero, strategic founding role.

Profile
- 8+ years experience in development
- Proven experience as Tech Lead / Engineering Lead
- Experience building scalable platforms (media/SaaS preferred)
- Strong API and automation experience
- Comfortable working across time zones
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English required / French strongly preferred
- Based in Rio or available for regular in-person collaboration
