Key feature of this Service App
1. Replace existing hard copy forms (eg. PM Checklist, Technical Report, Inspection Sheet)
2.

Users will be able to launch the app on their tablets or mobile smart phone and key in the information
3. The mobile form will include text fields, radio button, check box and upload images. User is able to take a photo directly from their device and input into the form
4.

A report (PDF or excel) will be generated and emailed to the relevant selected parties. Form entry can also be uploaded to cloud devices.
5. Dealers will be able to view the entries and export them for follow-up or data analysis
6. Users can modify form entries and re-send when required
7. Apps must allow submission of form offline as some worksites may have no data connection
8.

Mobile app should work on both Android and iOS mobile
9. Mobile app should allow for multi-languages input including English, Bahasa, Thai and Vietnamese or others.
