El proyecto se basa en desarrollar un simulador de gestión de  proyectos de construcción  similar al juego SIM Lean 2 http://spel.leanforumbygg.se/simlean2/index.html Chalmers University of Technology and the Foundation for construction management issues pensado para un publico mas latinoamericano e incluyendo componentes de la cultura local.

El juego tiene por objetivo construir un proyecto para el cual se debe hacer una planifiacion inicial, y luego analizando las variables del proyecto y luego, en función de las decisiones tomadas y variables aleatorias que influyen en el flujo de actividades se presentan diferentes escenarios que  o jugador o jugadores,  deberan hacerfente para lograr el mejor resultado posible
