We are building a very simple ad blocking VPN for iOS.
We would like to hire someone to build us a PacketTunnelProvider extension.

The extension would do the following:
* Accept IPv4 and IPv6 requests and return a standard response of "localhost"
* Accept traffic to IPv4 and IPv6 ranges and block that traffic.
No traffic will need to go "through" the tunnel, as it is a dead end to block ads.
We will be configuring our app to tell the nevpn manager to send certain dns and ip traffic into the tunnel. When the tunnel gets the request, it will either return the dns request, or block the ip traffic.
* For development purposes, we would like the tunnel to log queries and responses with DDLog.
It is pretty much as simple as that. Please let me know if you are able to do this.
