Necesito modificar la API de telegram para que mi usuario funcione como un bot y poder reenviar de forma automatica los mensajes que lleguen a un canal privado donde soy miembro hacia uno donde soy admin.
Es importante:
El bot debe funcionar desde un servidor. No desde un pc.
El tiempo de reenvio debe ser minimo.
Debe ser posible trabajar con varios canales a la vez.
