Um cliente meu já possui um site de vendas, contudo deseja ampliar seu negócio, agregando uma plataforma de leilões e venda direta, o site também deve possuir uma página inicial com notícias e espaço para banners de anunciantes em todas as páginas.

Preciso do valor para desenvolvimento de um projeto desse tipo para poder apresentar a ele.
