About the Role: We're launching the U.S. Instagram presence of Villars Chocolat, a premium Swiss chocolate brand under Valrhona Inc., And are looking for a reliable social media assistant to help maintain and grow the account. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for content. Responsibilities: Schedule Instagram posts using tools like Meta Creator Studio, Buffer, or Later Upload pre-written captions and content (provided by strategist) Light community management: respond to comments and DMs as directed Monitor basic engagement stats (likes, comments, story views) Flag high-performing content or DMs worth escalating Maintain content calendar Qualifications: Experience managing Instagram accounts (or other social platforms) Fluent in written English Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Canva Reliable internet connection Bonus: Interest in food, chocolate, or lifestyle content To Apply: Send a short email with: A brief intro (1–2 sentences) Your hourly/monthly rate Links to any IG accounts you've helped manage (if available)
