employees using the software at the same time range from 5 to 200 during office hours. Does it have to do with Internet Speed, Hosting Server or software Development?

Is it a good idea to have this kind of software in the same Company-Website just with the Log-In for Employees?

How much would it be with api and soap(automated programming integration) (simple object access protocol) included?

we are planning to hire hosting/server for now, but, how much would it cost if we want to have our own server too? equipment, maintenance, etc? can you give me an idea please?
