El cliente te contacta a un grupo de Whatsapp e informa la incidencia. Tu te conectas e intentas resolverla lo antes posible. Cuando resuelves la incidencia, envías un email informando el trabajo realizado y las horas insumidas (fracciones mínimas de 30 minutos), luego cargas las horas en Workana y nosotros las revisamos y pagamos.
