Project overview
The Resort - Terramar Residences is made up of twelve (12) two-family houses of types T2 (1 unit), T3 (5 units) and T3 duplex (6 units). The two-family houses are stacked one on top of the other, with common access stairs in the center. On the first floor, access is via the main south-facing elevation. The lower floor (Floor -1) is common to all the units. Car access for parking is via the side of the development and pedestrian access via two flights of stairs between the houses. Alternatively, and for the comfort of residents, there are also three elevators with direct access to the homes. In total, there are 12 closed garages. Eighteen (18) public parking spaces have been created outside. In order to promote homogeneity in all the houses, it was decided to create a common language for the whole complex. On the ground floor, as well as in the entrance recesses and courtyards, fine-peak yellow granite will be laid, in combination with the insulation system (ETICS) on the remaining floors. The window frames will be made of anodized aluminium and the colours will be raw and metallic grey. Inside, we can find different dynamics that vary according to the typology and floors. However, the focus on abundant natural light and large, comfortable spaces characterizes all the homes in the development. The choice of materials for the finishes took into account factors such as quality, aesthetics, durability and sustainability. The choice of good, beautiful and durable materials is fundamental to guaranteeing a functional and pleasant environment, as well as contributing to the preservation of the environment.
