Responsibilities
● Lead weekly 30-minute live sessions with each small group (progress review, Q\&A, content feedback).
● Provide ongoing support in the private group chat (answering questions, encouraging, troubleshooting).
● Track participant progress and give individual feedback during sessions.
● Record short mini-guides (3–5 min videos) about TikTok basics (editing, trending sounds, hooks, consistency).
● Share weekly updates about TikTok trends, viral content, and actionable growth strategies.
● Foster a positive and motivating environment inside each group.
Requirements
● Proven TikTok growth experience.
● Fluent English, both spoken and written (clear and easy to understand for US-based creators).
● Comfortable hosting small-group coaching calls.
● Ability to give constructive, actionable feedback to beginners.
● Supportive and motivating personality.
Nice to Have
● Previous teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience.
● Knowledge of TikTok monetization (Creator Fund, brand deals, TikTok Shop).
● Experience moderating online groups (Discord, Slack, Whop).

Project overview
We're a subscription-based community for beginner TikTok creators. Unlike traditional online courses, we work in small groups with mentors to provide accountability, guidance, and personalized support. Each mentor leads several mini-groups of 5–8 creators, helping them grow their TikTok accounts step by step.
