Tengo la idea de crear una aplicación celular que permita a personas que tengan un vehículo el cuál no puedan conducir a solicitar un chofer que los lleve a sus destinos en su propio automóvil y no tengo idea de cómo empezar el proyecto y si es viable en Costa Rica. La idea es que si alguien necesita hacer algún trámite o ir al supermercado o al hospital y tenga un carro en casa pero no lo pueden usar que utilicen la app para buscar un chofer que los pueda llevar.
