We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UGC Growth Engine Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of our user-generated content (UGC) growth initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive individual who can recruit creators, direct creative content, manage production, and analyze performance to scale successful strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Recruiting and Negotiation:
- Source nano creators and ambassadors daily through high-volume outreach.
- Pitch, negotiate, and successfully onboard creators into our program.
- Manage compensation structures (per-video and performance bonuses), expectations, and schedules.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential creators week over week.
Content Strategy and Creative Direction:
- Develop and iterate on compelling hooks, angles, and scripts, with a strong understanding of TikTok-native content.
- Provide clear creative direction to creators on filming techniques, focusing on the first 3 seconds, pacing, and retention strategies.
- Build repeatable content series formats and rapidly remix winning concepts.
- Stay abreast of current social media trends and translate them into actionable content briefs.
Production Operations and Quality Control:
- Manage the weekly content calendar to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Review content drafts promptly, providing sharp, actionable feedback to continuously improve quality.
- Proactively prevent creator ghosting, manage churn, and maintain a reliable roster of active ambassadors.
- Organize and manage all content assets, including raw files, edits, captions, and variants.
Distribution and Performance Loop:
- Coordinate content publishing across our dedicated and theme accounts.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics such as views, saves/shares, and installs (where applicable).
- Provide weekly reports detailing what worked, what didn't, and strategic plans for future content.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills are essential for DMs, calls, briefs, and feedback.
- Proven hands-on experience running creator or UGC programs (not just strategy).
- Strong native creative instincts for platforms like TikTok and Instagram, including hooks, retention, pacing, and on-screen text.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach, persistent follow-up, and negotiation.
- Possess an operator mindset: ability to execute fast, take full ownership, and ensure the continuous operation of the growth engine.
