Ui/Ux Designer Needed for a Premium Refurbished Smartphone E-commerce Website

I'm  looking for an experienced ui/ux designer to create a modern, clean, professional, and trustworthy e-commerce website for a business that sells used and refurbished smartphones.

We currently sell our products on eBay, and now we want to build our own independent online store for the Indonesian market. The main goal is to create a user experience that makes customers feel confident and safe when buying a used smartphone. The shopping experience should be simple, smooth, and premium.

This project is design only. No coding, frontend, or backend development is required. The final deliverable should be a complete Figma design package that is ready for developers, including all pages, reusable components, a design system, and user flows to ensure an efficient development process.

Selling used smartphones online has one major challenge: customers are afraid of being scammed or receiving a device that is in worse condition than expected.

Every design decision should help reduce this concern.

Information such as device condition grading, battery health, IMEI status, warranty, and return policy should not be hidden in small text. These are key trust elements and should be displayed clearly in the UI because they help increase conversions.

If your design can make someone feel comfortable spending money on a used phone from a company they have never heard of, then the project is successful.
