Ui Ux + Motion Graphic Designer for Crypto Exchange

We are looking for and an In House ui/ux designer with experience in motion graphics to help create a complete website with beautiful animations, and to help us conceptualize the business objectives and turn them into art and easy user workflows.

This is an ongoing position and we are seeking highly professional designer with great communication skills so that they can come onboard and help us to deliver the multiple artistic assets based on specific requirements.

Preferred experience with blockchain, NFTs and Cryptocurrency Exchanges. Base level understanding is accepted.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement new designs
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Test for intuitivity and experience
- Understand their business goals and objectives
- Strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Combine creativity with an awareness of design elements
- Create prototypes for new product ideas
- Test new ideas before implementing
- Conduct an ongoing user research

Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
- UI design portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Detail oriented
- Critical thinker
- Problem solver and customer-centered
- Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver

- Experience with Creating animated artwork using Motion Graphics
- Experience with Prototyping
