Buen día.

Necesito generar una aplicación de escritorio en la que al seleccionar un Excel (estandárizado) me genere un .TXT tabulado el cual luego es leido por un Access (la rutina de Access ya existe).

Impresindible: Aplicación de Escritorio para Windows (compatible desde XP hasta 10, preferentemente W7)
Impresindible: Conocimiento de alguna librería para convertir Excel a TXT
Impresindible: Conocimiento de Access y Rutinas

El trabajo se resuelve (y se paga) hoy mismo. Trabajo por WhatsApp, Teléfono, Teamviewer (todo junto o solo algunos).
