I have a mainly cat (26 at the moment) shelter in Caracas and I need to promote it throughout the internet but particularly I am thinking about YouTube and tiktok.  What do you think? I am living and working temporarily in the UK and would like to promote shelter from here. Never did that the last eight years so I think is it possibly the right time now.
