Dear all, how have you been?

I'm looking for a .Net Core Developer who can develop a simple example for me, extracting a code from images using a OCR. I do have a real example of the image.

Requisites:
- Application needs using a c# Net Core 3.1
- We need to consider that we are going to upload the picture. So, you can consider that you will have a url to get the jpeg file.
- We can use Google Cloud OCR or even a Open Framework for .Net

Important:
- The attached file is exactly the ticket what is going to be used for the customers.


- Interested people will need to tell us the technology which is going to be used.
