I have a text between 40 to 60 words, the video is very fast (it is around 10/15 seconds only).

It's a simple video, it doesn't need a background, it can be recorded outside, at home, wherever you want, even with your cell phone's self camera (like an instagram story, very simple and natural)

This is a project in its initial phase, if it works out, the idea is to have a long-term partnership.

I would like to know if it is possible to do it for 10 dollars, please.
