I'm looking for a smart, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me with real estate outreach and research. I run a land-based project in the U.S. Called Landloyal, and I’m currently overwhelmed with property leads, research, and outreach tasks.

You’ll help me identify great land or RV park opportunities and message owners to see if they are open to selling or leasing their land. You don’t need experience in real estate — but you do need to be organized, a fast learner, and enjoy research + communication.

I am open to base pay + commission based on results.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing: Sending outreach messages on: Facebook (Property and Land Seller groups) Land.com / Zillow / Craigslist Finding great land opportunities using: Landwatch Geoportals / Land ID / public records Contacting landowners or companies via email or messaging tools Organizing responses and forwarding the best leads to me Helping me prioritize who to talk to and where to focus Updating Google Sheets or Notion with your progress ✅ Requirements: Speaks and writes English well Strong attention to detail Reliable and responsive communicator Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Facebook, basic research Self-motivated and independent 💵 Pay & Hours: $3–$6/hour depending on experience Part-time to start (5–10 hours/week), with potential for more Flexible hours, async OK — as long as work gets done Bonus available for quality leads that turn into deals ✉️ How to Apply: Please send: A short intro about yourself and your experience Your hourly rate and availability One example of how you found or researched something creatively If you’ve worked in real estate or lead generation before, mention that too
