Virtual Medical Call Center Representatives (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound New Patient and Existing Patient Calls
- Converting phone, social media, and email appointment requests to consults or appointments
- Exceptional Customer Service To Resolve Calls Completely
Requirements:
- Exceptional sales experience is a must
- rn or clinical experience a plus
- bilingual (spoken/written proficiency in both spanish and english)
