Web dev & Digital Marketing General Manager

We are seeking a results-oriented individual who has a strong background in web development and digital marketing with a proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of websites across different industries.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and oversee the Developers and Digital Marketing teams, ensuring efficient operations and collaboration.
-Manage a diverse portfolio of websites in various industries, focusing on performance, user experience, and security.
-Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including seo, sem, social media management, content marketing, and lead generation.
-Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
-Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored IT and marketing solutions.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
-Proven experience in web development and digital marketing with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
-Extensive knowledge of seo, sem, social media management, content marketing, and lead generation.
-Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-A track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of websites.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
-Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.

-To start with $7 per hour, 30 hours per week
