We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a basic website featuring a built-in, simple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The primary objective is to create a clean, well-structured website with a strong foundation, including proper HTML headings, clearly labelled input fields, and semantically sensible div elements. The site must be fully responsive, ensuring optimal viewing and interaction across both mobile and desktop devices. A key functionality of the website will be a contact form. Entries submitted through this form must automatically feed into the integrated CRM system. The CRM itself should be straightforward and lightweight, designed specifically to track leads through three essential stages: "New", "In talks", and "Won". The goal is to prevent leads from being overlooked and to provide a basic overview of their status. We require the entire solution to be semantically correct and built with future expandability and maintainability in mind.
