Job Description:
Working closely with our Marketing Manager III for North America and our Senior Website Developer, the new website localization specialist will be responsible for adapting content (images, text, audio, videos, product screens, and messages) to specific languages, cultures, and regions on our multiple web properties, including but not limited to:
captio.net,
captio.fr,
captio.com,
captio.pt,
emburse.com/it,
emburse.com/de,
emburse.com/uk,
emburse.com/au,
emburse.com/ca. They will oversee additional needed changes to images, colors, symbols, and even humor or colloquial references.
The website localization specialist will join to execute specific project work focused on rebuilding
captio.net and
captio.pt into our Sanity CMS in early 2025 - and
emburse.com into
emburse.com/fr and
emburse.com/es. They will partner with the Senior Website Developer to rapidly iterate on these sites - creating localized sub-domains for Mexico, Chile, and Canada to start. Brazil may also be added based on the robustness of the Portuguese microsite(s). This includes using the CMS, personalization technology, and chatbot technology. This professional will oversee getting the translations completed and then making sure that all websites, digital web content or resources, blogs, press releases, personalizations, chatbot playbooks, and landing pages are sharing the latest content and Marketing messages. He/she/they will ensure that the content feels native to the target audience, taking into account SEO keywords unique to that region as well as all linguistic, cultural, and regional business nuances. This person will work with Product Marketing to understand what product mixes are available in each location and ensure that this is reflected accurately online. The specialist will also work very closely with our Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to ensure that the site rebuilds do not break HubSpot workflows, DemandBase tracking, or other Marketing data flows.
This role will
Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets with Transperfect, Mutiny, Drift, local translators, HubSpot, Cookiebot, and Sanity.
Build and deploy short- and long-term multi-channel web campaigns to drive pipeline
Optimize and report on seo and cro, etc.
Adapt content to specific languages, cultures, and regions on multiple web properties
Ensure that the appropriate products are reflected accurately for each location
Manage online website platform; explore tactics for increased engagement
Maintain digital asset management repository, chatbot, cookie consent, and personalization platforms
Maintain content on company websites - including pop-ups and add-ons
Coordinate with Creative, Demand Generation, Product Marketers, Operations, and others to deliver on Marketing campaigns
Assist with creating content briefs for items such as videos, landing pages, playbooks, images
Create and update content on platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and proofreading skills
