Project overview

For point 3, there is some points you must take in consideration: 1. All supplier would have a link to enter in site and fill up your information, this form would be filled by suppliers and They must be able to add or edit Fields information. Password required from supplier, website owner would create a perfil for supplier and share it with supplier 2. This form that suppliers will fill up, I may have the option to edit or add Fields without any technical or IT help 3. When clientes fill up the page “book a supplier for necessity”, system would make some matching between information in form Against form filled previously by supplier 4. Owner site need to be able to do manual match some cases between client and supplier 5. Once matched is finished and approved by site owner, website sends an e-mail to company and some suppliers, it is required an answer from them in order to confirm price and if supplier is able to execute the task/job. 6. Once matched is finished and approved by site owner, site would generate a digital contract between client x supplier x site owner. This digital contract would be generated by a app such as “DocSign” Additional points: 1. No payment is required in platform/website 2. This form must have one field to calculate distance from one specific address to certain address that is in the form (not mandatory) 3. All documents and information I will provide full text
