I'm looking for someone to write a Wikipedia page on my business (toner cartridges of printer) and hope someone that will be able to guarantee getting it published, we have created the Wikipedia page before but it indicated that The submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article.

Can anyone help? If the answer is opposite please tell me have you created a Wikipedia page successfully before, and what information you need.
