Writing Short Stories

I am writing a novel about cultures from around the world. I am looking for freelancers who will write about their experience from a personal point of view (of course this is creative writing about characters, without mentioning their names), and thus I will combine in the book different points of view and very interesting and diverse perspectives on how people deal with difficulties, challenges and obstacles.
My goal in the book is to show through the stories, how one can change a life, from a reality of struggle to a reality of happiness, love and hope.
