GOAL
Develop a Xamarin.Forms App that allows users to:
1.    SignUp, LogIn and LogOut from the app (also anonymous access will be available)
2.    Look up for a “keyword” or “tag”.

3.    List all the matching items of the searched Tag.
4.    Allow user to select a desired Tag.

Restrictions
-    The solution must run and compile in VisualStudio 2015.
-    The solution must include an Android, ios and uwp projects.
-    There must not be any platform-dependent code, all the coding will be placed in “Shared Project" (except the case there would not be a change to avoid doing this way for some punctual functionality)
-    All the backend data will be accessed via REST services.
-    REST services for backend data must be develop using Microsoft WebAPI into an existing project that already implement a group of APIs being used by other apps.
