I need a Xamarin Form Page that with an image(scanned documents). The user can zoom and pan, swipe to load another image. Another feature, I can highlight mark at image in fixed position.

It´s a piece of an app. I need only the functions above. It isn´t an end user product. I attach a video to illustrate. The buttons at video isn´t necessary. The zoom and pan must be fluid, without flicks.
